substante active: streptocida solubila - 0,5 g, norsulfazol de sodiu - 0,5 g, timol - 0,01 g, ulei volatil de eucalipt - 0,01 g, ulei volatil de izma buna - 0,01 g;
substante auxiliare: alcool etilic, zahar, glicerol, twin-80, apa distilata.
DESCRIEREA PREPARATULUI:
Lichid transparent, de culoare de la galben-deschis pana la galben-inchis, cu miros specific.
PROPRIETATILE FARMACOLOGICE:
Preparat antimicrobian (antiseptic) si antiinflamator. Sulfamidele (streptocida si norsulfazolul) poseda activitate antimicrobiana (bacreriostatica)i fata de cocii grampozitivi si gramnegativi, Echerichia coli, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Haemophilus influenzae, Clostridium spp., Bacillus anthracis, Corinebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestis, la fel si fata de Chlamydia spp., Actinomyces spp., Toxoplasma gondii. Mecanismul de actiune al sulfanilamidelor este determinat de antagonismul concurent cu acidul paraaminobenzoic si inhibarea concurenta a dihidropteroatsintetazei, ceea ce duce la dereglarea sintezei acidului tetrahidrofolic, necesar pentru sinteza acizilor nucleici. Timolul, uleiul de eucalipt, si uleiul de menta din componenta preparatului la fel manifesta actiune antiseptica si poseda un efect antiinflamator si mucolitic moderat.
INDICATII TERAPEUTICE:
Amigdalita, faringita, laringita, stomatita aftoasa si ulceroasa, alte procese patologice inflamatorii ale mucoasei cavitatii bucale.
