Compozitia si forma de prezentare: Comprimate filmate 20 mg N 28 in blister
Actiunea farmacologica: Blocheaza receptorii H2-histaminergici. Inhiba secretia gastrica bazala si stimulata a acidului clorhidric pana la 80-90%, reduce activitatea pepsinei. Nu modifica nivelul plasmatic al gastrinei. Manifesta efect citoprotector prin stimularea sintezei prostaglandinelor in mucoasa stomacului si a mucusului gastric, creste irigatia sanguina a stomacului. Inhiba degranularea mastocitelor si nivelul histaminei in zona periulceroasa, stimuleaza procesele de cicatrizare a ulcerului, marind numarul celulelor epiteliale sintetizante de ADN.
INDICATII
Ulcerul gastric si duodenal, esofagita de reflux, sindromul Zollinger-Ellison, evitarea recaderilor, prevenirea aspiratiei in anestezia generala (sindromul Mendelson).
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
In ulcerul gastric sau duodenal cate 20 mg de 2 ori pe zi (dimineata si seara) timp de 4-8 saptamani. Profilaxia recidivelor 20 mg o data pe zi seara la culcare. Esofagita de reflux cate 20 mg de 2 ori pe zi timp de 6 saptamani. In sindromul Zollinger-Ellison cate 20 mg la fiecare 6 ore. Prevenirea aspiratiei in anestezia generala 20 mg seara in ajunul operatiei sau/si dimineata in ziua interventiei.
CONTRAINDICATII
Hipersensibilitatea la preparat, sarcina, lactatia, varsta frageda.
ATENTIONARI SI PRECAUTII SPECIALE DE UTILIZARE
Inainte de tratament se recomanda exclude malignitatii ulcerului. In afectiunile hepatice se micsoreaza dozele.
Termen de valabilitate si conditii de pastrare:
3 ani. Conditii de conservare: Temperatura sub 25°C. Statutul legal: Cu prescriptie medicala.
