Substanta activa: Acetylcysteine 10 mg. Tuaminoheptan sulfat de 5 mg. Benzalkoniu chloridum 0,01g.
Compozitia si forma de prezentare: spray nasal 10ml in flacon.

Actiunea farmacologica: Acetylcysteina subtiaza mucusul mucoase si purulente prin ruperea legaturilor disulfidice de glicoproteine de mucus. De asemenea, are proprietati anti-inflamatorii (datorita inhibarii chemotaxis de leucocite) si efecte antioxidante. Sulfat de Tuaminoheptan - o amina simpatomimetica, oferind local, efectul vasoconstrictor aplicare. Elimina edem si hiperemie a mucoasei nazale. Benzalkoniul este un detergent cationic cu propietati antiseptice.

INDICATII
Rinita acuta si subacuta, cu secretie purulenta gros de mucus- Rinita cronica- Rinita vasomotorie- Sinuzita.

DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Adulti introduceti pentru aerosoli doza 2 (2 apasarea supapei) in fiecare meat nazal de 3-4 ori / zi. Copiii de droguri prescris un aerosol doza (1 apasarea supapa) in fiecare meat nazal de ori 3-4 / zi. Durata tratamentului nu trebuie sa depaseasca 7 zile.

CONTRAINDICATII
Inchiderea glaucom- Tireotoxicoza- Utilizarea simultana a inhibitorilor MAO, iar perioada de pana la 14 de zile de la retragerea acestora- Utilizarea simultana a antidepresive triciclice si pana la 14 de zile dupa retragerea lor- Hipersensibilitate la medicament.
