Mucoasa orofaringelui se irigă cu soluţia preparatului de 4-5 ori pe zi.
Înainte de utilizare flaconul se deschide, în locul capacului se montează valva pentru pulverizare. Flaconul se ţine strict vertical cu capul pulverizatorului sus. Iniţial, pentru umplerea valvei, se efectuează 3-5 apăsări, orientând jetul soluţiei pe o coală de hârtie.
Tubul de orientare a jetului se introduce în cavitatea bucală, pe cât posibil de aproape de criptele amigdaliene, se reţine respiraţia şi se irigă uniform mucoasa faringelui şi laringelui, efectuând 2-3 apăsări pe capul pulverizatorului.
În caz de hipersensibilitate la preparat sunt posibile reacții alergice. La apariția oricărei reacții adverse, utilizarea se va întrerupe.

Hipersensibilitate la iod şi alte componente ale preparatului.
