Compozitia si forma de prezentare: Flacoane 15 ml cu pipeta.
Actiunea farmacologica: Preparat otologic combinat care manifesta actiune anestezica locala, datorita lidocainei, antiinflamatorie si antiseptica datorita fenazonului si altor ingrediente (alcool etilic, glicerina, tiosulfat de sodiu).
INDICATII
Otita medie acuta, otita gripala, otita provocata de barotrauma.
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Cite 4 picaturi in ductul auditiv extern de 2-3 ori pe zi timp, pina la 10 zile.
CONTRAINDICATII
Leziunile timpanului, hipersensibilitatea la preparat (la unul din componentele lui).Otirelax este utilizat ca adjuvant in tratamentul otalgiilor determinate de otitele medii, la pacientii cu timpanul intact. Otirelax se prezinta sub forma de solutie limpede fara particule, incolora sau slab galbuie.
Substantele active sunt fenazona si clorhidratul de lidocaina. Un mililitru picaturi auriculare, solutie contine fenazona 35 mg si clorhidrat de lidocaina 8,8 mg. Un mililitru picaturi auriculare, solutie contine 42 picaturi. O picatura contine fenazona 0,95 mg si clorhidrat de lidocaina 0,23 mg.
Celelalte componente sunt: tiosulfat de sodiu, etanol 96%, apa purificata, hidroxid de sodiu solutie 1 M (pentru ajustarea pH-ului), glicerol.
Daca sunteti alergic (hipersensibil) la fenazona, clorhidrat de lidocaina, la compusi pirazolici (metamizol, isopropilaminofenazona, propilfenazona) sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale Otirelax- Daca aveti timpanul perforat in urma unui traumatism sau a unei infectii.
