Substanta activa: Aluminii hydroxydum 3,49 g, Magnesii hydroxydum 3,99 g, Excipiens ad 100 ml.
Compozitia si forma de prezentare: Suspensie buvabila 250 ml in flacoane.
Actiunea farmacologica: Combinatie de hidroxizi de magneziu si aluminiu minutios echilibrata pentru a manifesta efect antiacid si protector optim. Are si efect adsorbant, formeaza pansament gastric, reduce durerile din segmentul superior al tubului digestiv. Neutralizeaza aciditatea sucului gastric, adsoarbe partial pepsina, aproape nu se absoarbe si nu are efecte sistemice. Hidroxidul de aluminiu are proprietati constipante, iar cel de magneziu laxative. Combinatia lor inlatura aceste efecte adverse.
INDICATII
Gastritele acute si cronice in faza acutizarii, normo- sau hiperacide, ulcerul gastric si duodenal activ, hiperaciditatea, reflux-esofagita, hernia hiatala, pirozisul asociat cu toxicoza gravidelor si discomfortul epigastric asociat cu greselile dietetice, consumul excesiv de cafea, alcool, nicotina sau dupa unele medicamente.
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
1 lingura (15 ml) peste 1-1,5 ore dupa mese sau la aparitia durerilor. Inainte de utilizare suspensia trebuie agitata pentru a o omogeniza.
CONTRAINDICATII
Insuficienta renala severa, varsta sub 1 an, boala Alzheimer.
ATENTIONARI SI PRECAUTII SPECIALE DE UTILIZARE
Insuficienta renala (nu trebuie administrat timp indelungat). A nu depasi doza de 16 lingurite /zi, sau daca este necesara, nu mai mult de 2 saptamani. Tratamentul indelungat se va evita in cazul nou-nascutilor si gravidelor. Boala Alzheimer (aluminiul are tendinta de a se acumula in fibrele nervoase encefalice si poate inrautati starea bolnavilor). In tratamentul de durata alimentele se vor suplimenta cu fosfor (aluminiul leaga fosfatii si le retine absorbtia). Aluminiul creste excretia calciului, ceea ce conduce la dezechilibrul metabolismului fosfo-calcic si crearea conditiilor pentru evolutia osteomalaciei. Inainte de folosire flaconul se agita.
