Actiunea farmacologica: Blocheaza receptorii purinergici (adenozinergici), inhiba fosfodiesteraza si conduce la acumularea de AMP ciclic. Relaxeaza musculatura neteda a vaselor sanguine, amelioreaza irigatia tesuturilor. Creste elasticitatea hematiilor, reduce viscozitatea sangelui si agregatia plachetara.
INDICATII
Afectiunile circulatiei periferice (ateroscleroza, claudicatia intermitenta, angiopatia diabetica, endarterita obliteranta s.a.), afectiunile trofice (sindromul post-ictus, ulcerele varicoase si trofice, gangrena, congelatiile s.a.), angioneuropatiile (paresteziile, acrocianoza, boala Raynaud), afectiunile circulatiei encefalice (ateroscleroza), insuficienta circulatorie acuta si cronica a retinei si coroidei, afectiunile functionale acute ale urechii interne.
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Cate 400 mg (forma retard) de 2 ori pe zi sau cate 200 mg de 3 ori pe zi timp de o saptamana. La aparitia hipotensiunii arteriale doza se reduce pana la 100 mg de 3 ori pe zi. Doza de intretinere in tratamentul de durata este de 100-200 mg de 3 ori pe zi.
CONTRAINDICATII
Hemoragiile, bolile vasculare cerebrale sau coronariene, infarctul miocardic acut, insuficienta renala, sarcina, lactatia, hipersensibilitatea la pentoxifilina.
ATENTIONARI SI PRECAUTII SPECIALE DE UTILIZARE
Se recomanda a se renunta la fumat (nicotina constricta vasele). In iritatia gastrica a se recurge la un antiacid.
Termen de valabilitate si conditii de pastrare:
5 ani. Conditii de conservare: Lista B. Temperatura sub 250 С, ferit de lumina. Statutul legal: Cu prescriptie medicala.
