2. Compozitie si forma de prezentare:

3. Actiunea farmacologica
Antiinflamator nesteroidian, derivat de indazol. Inhiba ciclooxigenaza si, implicit, sinteza prostaglandinelor.
4.Indicatii
In bolile infec?ioase ?i inflamatorii - ca parte a terapiei combinate.
Pentru administrare orala:
- O stare inflamatorie a gurii ?i gatului, faringita, gingivita, glosita, stomatita, durere in laringita, dureri in gat, amigdalita, ulcere aftoase, inclusiv dupa radiatii si chimioterapie; - Dupa operatie si traumatisme (fracturi ale maxilei, amigdalectomie;
- Durerea si inflamatia dupa extrac?ia dentara ?i alte proceduri medicale;
- Boala parodontala;
- Candidoza orala (in asociere);
- Inflama?ia calculoasa a glandelor salivare.
5. Doze si mod de administrare:
Spray pentru uz topic: pentru varstnici sau pacien?i in perioada postoperatorie, cu incapacitatea de a clati gura, la fiecare 4-8 ore, copii cu varsta 6-12 ani - 4 doze, pentru copii sub 6 ani - 1 doza pe 4 kg de greutate corporala (maxim - 4 doze) la fiecare 1.5-3 ore.
6.Contraindicatii
Hipersensibilitate la droguri, sarcina ?i alaptarea.
Pentru o solu?ie - varsta copiilor (12 ani).
7.Precautii
In afectiunile cu risc de infectare se va asocia un antibiotic. Pacientul trebuie observat clinic, radiologic sau fibroscopic in special daca se trataeaza cu anticoagulante, i se va acorda o deosebita atentie in caz de insuficienta hepatica sau renala severa.
