Tulburarile digestive de orice provenienta, gastrita atrofica, gastro-duodenita, starea dupa rezectia de stomac si intestin, insuficienta pancreatica, hepato- si colecistopatiile, pregatirea intestinului pentru examenul radiologic, perioada postoperatorie dupa interventiile pe tractul gastrointestinal, pancreas si ficat, prevenirea tulburarilor digestive dupa mesele abundente.
Contraindicatii
Pancreatita acuta, acutizarea pancreatitei cronice, hipersensibilitatea la componentele preparatului.
Administrare:
1 drajeu de 3 ori pe zi in timpul meselor.
Actiune:
In stomac drajeurile cedeaza extractul din mucoasa gastrica bovina (stratul extern al drajeului).
Nucleul drajeului este enterosolubil si cedeaza celelalte componente in duoden.
Preparatul substituieste enzimele digestive ale stomacului si duodenului, le stimuleaza sinteza si eliminarea, amelioreaza digestia.
Compozitie:
Lipaza 6000 U, Tripsina 450 U, Chimotripsina 1500 U, Amilaza 7500 U, Acid colic 15,5 mg (sub forma de extract uscat de bila), Pepsina 50 U (sub forma de extract din mucoasa gastrica bovina), Clorhidrati de aminoacizi 100 mg.
Reactii adverse:
In tratamentul indelungat, in cazuri foarte rare sunt posibile reactii alergice.
In utilizarea unor doze mari timp indelungat este posibila hiperuricemia.
