Fiecare pastila contine alcool 2,4 diclorobenzilic ?i amilmetacrezol.
Indicatii terapeutice
Tratament adjuvant in infectiile cavitatii bucale si faringelui.
Doze si mod de administrare
Adulti si copii cu varsta peste 6 ani: doza recomandata este de o pastila la 2–3 ore. Doza maxima este de 8 pastile pe zi.
Pastila trebuie lasata sa se dizolve incet in cavitatea bucala.
Nu se administreaza copiilor cu varsta sub 6 ani.
Contraindicatii
Hipersensibilitate la alcool 2,4 diclorobenzilic, amilmetacrezol.
Copii cu varsta sub 6 ani.
Atentionari si precautii speciale pentru utilizare
Daca simptomatologia persista mai mult de 4-5 zile, se recomanda reevaluarea diagnosticului si a tratamentului.
Sarcina si alaptarea
Nu sunt disponibile date clinice privind expunerea la gravide. Datorita informatiilor insuficiente, nu este posibil sa fie eliminate total riscurile asupra fatului, de aceea, prescrierea medicamentului trebuie facuta cu precautie la gravide si in timpul alaptarii.

Nu afecteaza capacitatea de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.
Proprietati Farmacologice
Antiseptic cu efect slab analgezic, determinat de combinatia a doua substante active: alcool 2,4 diclorobenzilic, amilmetacrezol. Efectul antiseptic al alcoolului 2,4 diclorobenzilic si a amilmetacrezolului se datoreaza actiunii la suprafata mucoaselor. Ambele substante interactioneaza cu membranele celulare, respectiv cu lipidele membranare, ceea ce explica eficacitatea medicamentului impotriva bacteriilor si fungilor. Efectele farmacologice ale antisepticelor continute se exercita asupra agentilor patogeni din mucoasa bucala si faringiana. In faringite cel mai frecvent sunt intalniti germeni Gram pozitiv si Gram negativ, cum sunt: stafilococi, pneumococi, fusobacterii si, in special, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae si Branhamella catarrhalis. Ocazional sunt implicati fungi patogeni, in special Candida albicans.
