Substanta activa: fenazon, lidocaina hidroclorid.
Compozitia si forma de prezentare: picaturi auriculare, o solutie de fenazona 4% si 1% clorhidrat de lidocaina. Descriere: Solutie limpede, incolora pana la usor galbuie. 1 ml contine ingrediente active: 35 mg. fenazona, lidocaina clorhidrat de 8.8 mg. Ingrediente inactive: tiosulfat de sodiu, etanol 96%, apa purificata, hidroxid de sodiu, glicerol.
Actiunea farmacologica: Dropleks – preparat combinat pentru aplicare topica. Are efect anestezic si anti-inflamator local. Actiunea este datorata componentelor active - Fenazona si clorhidrat de lidocaina. Fenazona - analgezic-antipiretic, cu efect anti-inflamator si analgezic. Clorhidrat de lidocaina - un anestezic local. Combinatia de lidocaina si fenazona promoveaza debut mai rapid al anesteziei, precum si cresterea in intensitate si durata.
INDICATII
Pentru tratamentul simptomatic local si anestezie la adulti si copii (inclusiv sugari) la:
- Otita medie acuta-
- Otita medie, ca o complicatie a gripei-
- Otita barotraumatica-
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Numai pentru uz local. 3-4 picaturi de Dropleks se instileaza in canalul auricular de 2-3 ori pe zi. Pentru a preveni contact o solutiei reci cu pavilionului urechii, se incalzeste in pralabil in miini, la temperatura corpului. Durata de administrare este nu mai mult de 10 zile.
CONTRAINDICATII
Hipersensibilitate la medicament si derivatii pirazol. Perforarea timpanului.
Conditii de Pastrare: A nu se lasa la indemana copiilor, a se pastra la temperature nu mai mare de 25°C. Dupa deschiderea ambalajului poate fi utilizata in decurs de 6 luni.
