Actiunea farmacologica: Vibrocil contine un decongestionant nazal si un antihistaminic. El determina ameliorarea rapida si durabila a congestiei si diminuarea secretiei nazale prezente intr-un numar mare de infectii sau afectiuni alergice ale cailor respiratorii superioare. Vibrocil nu interfera cu activitatea cililor nazali.

INDICATII
Vibrocil este utilizat pentru ameliorarea congestiei nazale din raceala, rinita acuta sau cronica, febra finului sau alte rinite alergice (alergii la praful de casa, blana animalelor etc), rinita vasomotorie si sinuzita. Vibrocil poate fi utilizat, de asemenea, ca tratament adjuvant in caz de otita. Medicul dumneavoastra va poate recomanda sa utilizati Vibrocil inainte sau dupa efectuarea unei interventii chirurgicale nazale.

DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Inainte de utilizare ar trebui sa fie curatate cu atentie cavitatea nasului. Solutia nazala se instileaza in fiecare nara de ori 3-4 / zi. Pentru copiii sub varsta de 1 an, o doza unica - 1 picatura. Pentru copii cu varsta intre 1 si 6 ani, o doza unica de 1-2 picaturi. Pentru copiii mai mari de 6 ani si adulti o singura doza - 3-4 picaturi. Solutia nazala se instileaza in cavitatea nazala, capul fiind dat pe spate. Aceasta pozitie este mentinuta pentru cateva minute.

CONTRAINDICATII
-daca sunteti alergic la oricare dintre componentii sai, - daca suferiti de rinita atrofica (boala a mucoasei nazale manifestata prin inflamatia cronica a acesteia si formarea de cruste), - daca utilizati sau a-ti utilizat in ultimele 2 saptamani medicamente ce contin inhibitori ai monoaminooxidazei (IMAO, medicamente utilizate pentru tratamentul depresiei sau al altor afectiuni psihice). Daca nu sunteti sigur ca medicamentul pe care-l utilizati contine IMAO, intrebati medicul dumneavoastra sau farmacistul inainte de a utiliza Vibrocil.

ATENTIONARI SI PRECAUTII SPECIALE DE UTILIZARE
Cu grija administrat pacientilor cu Vibrocil reactii severe la simpatomimetice, cum ar fi insomnie si ameteli. Daca este necesar, utilizati Vibrocil mai mult de 1 saptamana, in cazul in care in ciuda tratamentului simptomele persista , pacientul trebuie sa consulte un medic. Utilizarea mai prelungita sau excesiva poate provoca tahifilaxie, umflarea membranelor mucoase ale nasului si congestie nazala. A nu se depasi doza recomandata Vibrocil.
Conditii de Pastrare:Pic. nazal ar trebui sa fie pastrat la temeperatura intre 200 C-250 C- protejat de caldura si lumina. Perioada de valabilitate a medicamentului - 3 ani. Statutul legal:fara prescriptie medicala.
