Actiunea farmacologica: Remediu nesteroidian cu actiune antiinflamatoare, analgezica si antipiretica. In organism se transforma in hidroxinimesulid care este substanta activa. Mecanismul actiunii consta in inhibitia preponderenta a ciclooxigenazei-2 (COX-2) si blocarea sintezei prostaglandinelor. Stopeaza formarea radicalilor liberi. Nu influenteaza hemostaza si fagocitoza. Inhiba eliberarea mieloperoxidazei. Se leaga de proteinele plasmatice pina la 99%.
INDICATII
Osteoartritele, inclusiv poliartrita reumatoida, osteoartrozele, bursitele, tendinitele: sindromul algic de diversa etiologie, inclusiv in bolile ginecologice, perioada postoperatorie, traume: starile febrile in bolile infectioase.
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
Cite 100 mg de 2 ori pe zi dupa mese. Granulele din plic se dizolva in 1/2 pahar de apa.
CONTRAINDICATII
Ulcerul peptic evolutiv, insuficienta hepatica severa, insuficienta renala cu clearance-ul creatininei sub 30 ml/min, hipersensibilitatea la preparat.
ATENTIONARI SI PRECAUTII SPECIALE DE UTILIZARE
Nu se recomanda in trimestrul III al sarcinii, deoarece poate grabi inchiderea ductului Botall la fetus si provoca atonie uterina la mama. Pe toata perioada tratamentului pacientelor in perioada lactatiei copilul va fi transferat la alimentatie artificiala.
