Actiunea farmacologica: componentii preparatului sunt meniti pentru a mentine si a restabili echilibrul fiziologic al microflorei intestinale. Bifidobacteria si lactobacili producind acid lactic si acid acetic, creaza conditii nefavorabile pentru cresterea si activitatea microorganismelor patogene, sunt implicate in procesul de digestie si sinteza de vitamine (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, H, PP, acid folic, K si E), reglementeaza echilibru electrolitic, schimbul de proteine, fosfolipide, bila si acizi grasi, bilirubina, colesterol. Polizaharide naturale – fructooligozaharidele creaza un mediu bun pentru reproducere, colonizarea si activitatea bacteriilor intestinale - eubiotice. Fructooligozaharide nu sunt digerate sub actiunea sucurilor intestinaler si trec in fora initiala in intestinul inferior.
INDICATII
prevenirea si tratamentul unor afectiuni patologice care implica: disbacterioza, inclusiv cele care apar in timpul tratamentului cu antibiotice si alti agenti chimioterapeutici la copii si adulti, diaree, flatulenta, constipatie.
DOZE SI MOD DE ADMINISTRARE
copiilor sub 2 ani sunt cite 1 capsula pe zi, inainte de mese. Continutul se dizolva cu o cantitate mica de lichid (suc, apa indulcita). Copiilor intre 2-12 ani se administreaza 1-2 capsule pe zi inainte de mese, cu o cantitate mica de lichid. Daca un copil nu poate inghiti capsula,se procedeaza ca in cazul copiilor de pana la 2 ani. bAdulti si copii peste 12 ani: 2-3 capsule pe zi, inainte de mese, cu o cantitate mica de lichid. Durata tratamentului depinde de cauza disbacteriozeis si este individuala. Cura de tratament dureaza, de obicei, 2-4 saptamani.
CONTRAINDICATII
hipersensibilitate fata de componentele preparatului.
Conditii de Pastrare: a se pastra in loc ferit de razele solare, uscat ferit de umezeala la o temperatura de maximum 25°C. A nu se lasa la indemina copiilor.
